Nelson Builders undertook the commercial renovation of an old packing shed in Motueka, transforming it from an uninhabitable structure into a functional brewery space. The project began with assessing and enhancing the building’s structural integrity to ensure a solid foundation for the new use.
Once the shed was sound, the team worked carefully to bring the space up to modern brewing standards, adapting the layout and services to meet industry requirements. The renovation respected the building’s industrial character while creating a practical and efficient working environment.
