Set on a challenging section in Atawhai, this home brings together distinctive architectural angles and views across Tasman Bay. The site called for careful planning and precise construction, creating a home that makes the most of its setting.
Clad in COLORSTEEL in Sandbar, the exterior pairs crisp lines with a soft, coastal colour. The angular forms give the home its character, while the outlook provides a natural connection to the sea and surrounding landscape.
For the clients, their first home was an opportunity to create something personal. Nelson Builders brought care and attention to the build, working through the demands of the section to deliver a home with both architectural presence and everyday appeal.
